  • Do you accept insurance?
    CT Concierge Nurses, LLC is a PRIVATE PAY practice, so we will not submit claims on your behalf to your insurance. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. If your appointment is scheduled less than two weeks from the anticipated time of service, payment is required to be paid in full. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the time of service. If you are unable to pay 2 weeks prior to the time of service, your appointment may be canceled. Any payments made are refundable if canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The full balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to your anticipated time of service. Any payments made are refundable if canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Once services are booked, payments are nonrefundable should the client chose to decrease the amount of time and/or care provided.
  • How Payments Work
    We invoice 50% of the services to hold as a deposit to reserve the appointment. The full balance must be paid 2 weeks before the calendar date of service. We accept all forms of Credit Card payments through our payment processor. We also accept Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle.
  • Is there a minimum amount of time required for booking services?
    We offer our concierge nursing services on an hourly or daily basis. Please contact us to discuss and develop a care plan that can be tailored to fit your needs. There is a two-hour minimum for booking a concierge nurse. You must book your nursing care in advance to ensure we are available and staffed to assist you on the days and hours that you are requesting assistance.
