Meet Our Founder

My name is Kimberly. I founded Connecticut Concierge Nurses in 2023 with a vision of providing superior high-quality compassionate care to patients recovering from surgery from the comfort of their homes or hotel rooms. Our nurses are highly skilled medical professionals who provide personalized, thorough, and compassionate patient care.

 

Before becoming a nurse, Kim graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Suffolk University. It wasn't long after graduating that she realized her true calling was in the medical field. Her vision and determination paid off a few years later when she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University in 2013. Kim also holds a Masters of Science in Nursing Management and Executive Leadership which she obtained from Sacred Heart University in 2021.

Kimberly began her career as a nurse on a Cardiac step-down unit and spent eight years of her nursing career in the Operating Room at Yale New Haven Hospital. During her time in the perioperative setting, she held numerous positions as a staff nurse, surgical specialty lead, and lastly as an assistant nurse manager. Post-COVID, her desire and a need for change led her to an outpatient Urology Clinic on the CT shoreline. While leading an outstanding team of employees and working alongside some of the best and brightest surgeons in the region, the vision for this business was born.
